Botanica is a home for seasonal, Southern California cooking, with a focus on the products of responsible agriculture, sustainable seafood and responsible animal husbandry. Its dining room, coffee bar, culinary market, and wine shop are open morning through night, providing endless opportunities for community engagement.

Botanica was founded on a philosophy of what we’ve come to call “nourishing hospitality” — an approach to hospitality rooted in a sense of responsibility for a business’s impact on people and on our planet. This philosophy is at the heart of all that Community Hospitality does.

Bar Besito is an homage to the flavors and spirit of Spain and the produce and creativity of California. It brings a casual, convivial, European-style approach to service, as guests spill out over the sidewalk from noon to night, eating tapas and drinking Spanish wine, vermouth, sherry, and beer.

Los Angeles has very few Spanish-inspired concepts — even less that are chef-driven and connected to the farmers market. Besito is a distinctive addition to the restaurant landscape, as well as a vibrant community hub.

Botanica Pantry is a line of culinary products designed to bring restaurant-caliber cooking to the home kitchen. This collection of sauces, seasonings, pickles, preserves, and snacks is made in the Botanica kitchen, and sold across the country — in shops and via direct-to-consumer online sales.

The Botanica Pantry line is motivated by our desire to make flavorful, seasonal, satisfying cooking attainable at home, with minimum effort — thanks to a well-stocked pantry.
